This blog sucks

Saturday, November 17th, 2007

I know that, really I do. But I know I am supposed to have this blog just like people who are having a baby need baby furniture. I have tried various tactics with it, and all of them have failed, but I am keeping this blog.

Why is it such a big deal? Well, my friend Ang. said I had to have this domain name, because apparently I say “you know not” all the time. So there ya go, that’s the reason I can’t let it go. Eventually, I am going to figure out what it wants to be, and in the meantime, it can sit in the corner and hold my isjointed thoughts. Much like I use baby cribs to hold my laundry, but tuck the baby into bed with me.

I’m just not sure entertainment is a category I can build an entire blog around, ya know? 2 hours of television a week does not adequate blogging make. We’ll see.

Bwahahahah Live blogging TAR 11/4/2007 #2

Sunday, November 4th, 2007

That donkey was so laughing at Nathan. Oh yeah, it totally was. Bwhahahahahah. That was just hilarious! I bet he’d would rather be anywhere. And Ari, looking at an ass, threatening to “kick it’s ass”. Really smart guy there. He’s cut out for a career in plasma cutting. Snort.

Oh, the Goth team, number 2!!!

And Ari is gooooooooooooooooone! E-lim-i-nat-ed. Booya!

Live Blogging the Amazing Race 11/04/2007

Sunday, November 4th, 2007

Ok, Ari, he’s on my nerves already and needs to be eliminated immediately. he has that same nasally whine thing going on that Ross the intern has, and he makes me nuts, too. And the “married clergy”, they need to go for bad attitudes. “Just because we are clergy doesn’t mean we have to open doors and let people have the first cab.” Umm, yeah, it kinda does, at least if you are reading the same Bible I read.

The Goth couple, they are way cute, and I am rooting for them. Also, the grandson/grandfather team. I like TK and Rachel, too.

I hope all teh contestants remembered to get their term life insurance quote before the race began, though I imagine they had to sign massive waivers.

Same Song

Friday, November 2nd, 2007

So, I asked my girl today: do they have more than three songs at that radio station? And she looked at me as if I were insane. Apparently, there are a bazillion songs played by that station. You could have fooled me, because they all sound the same– melody, beat, all the same, just different words. But, hey, whatever, turn it up some more. I’ll take some Botox for migraines, and jam right up.
