Shrink-a-thon

I am officially tired of the “diet” mentality. I have been monitoring my food intake since January, and frankly, it is old. I’ve lost a total of about 20 pounds, which was my goal. However, I’ve lost and regained the same 3 five times. It is time to take drastic measures. I wish there was something SAFE that was kinda like bodybuilding supplements, only opposite. You know, it would make each of your movements burn eight times as many calries and leave you slim and sleek instead of veiny and bulging.
