Dieting

I am trying to lose weight. I am in fact on my way to losing 20 pounds. I’m almost halfway there. I’m not using any supplements or natural weight loss pills, I’m just counting calories. 1400-1500 a day. Counting, counting. I’ve pretty much come to the conclusion that it’s a lifestyle change, yk? For the rest of my life, I will have to be at least passingly conscious of what goes into my mouth.
