have you ever noticed that on soaps all the furniture is glamorous? I mean it all absolutely matches as if it just came of the Powell furniture showroom floor. And the rooms, they are huge.
I had a conversation once with a friend, and we were talking about how people do their rooms, and how in big rooms, you always see the furniture in the middle of the rooms, but in small rooms, it’s back against the walls. When people studied it, they found that the furniture pieces were actually about the same distance apart, and it’s our concept of personal space that determines the distance, and not the size of the room. Interesting, huh?
